With terracotta clay, children and adults can have fun moulding and sculpting all sorts of objects. Children can make letters, numbers, figurines, animals, pots for plants, ornaments, etc. with this clay. Terracotta is a natural clay that can be air-dried until it is as hard as a rock within 24 hours.
How to use:
  1. Knead the terracotta clay till it is soft and supple.
  2. Use your hands to shape the clay into the object you wish to make.
2.1. Tip: Have a bowl of water nearby. If you see any cracks while you work with the clay, use the water to seal the crack immediately.
  1. Optional. Decorate the object by pressing beads, sequences, etc. into the wet clay.
  2. Place the object on a flat, clean, and non-absorbent surface to dry. It may take up to 24 hours.
4.1. Warning: Make sure to place the object in a cool, dry place and not in direct sunlight.
  1. When the object is dry, it can be painted and varnished.
  2. Store any unused clay in an airtight container. If the clay becomes too dry to work with, you can add a little bit of water to make it smooth again. If you accidentally add too much water, just wait until it dries out a bit before you use it.
