Children like it when their artwork sparkles. These glitter shakers are easy to use and give your child more control over where the glitter falls. By shaking softly to cover a small area or hard to cover a large area, a child develops muscle control and motor skills. Put glue on a piece of paper or object, then throw the sand over the glued area. Let excessive glitter fall onto a piece of paper so you can easily throw the glitter back into the shakers. Children can also use the glitter shakers to colour in sand art sheets with peel-off stickers (AC-AL-013). Do the activities on a flat surface where there is no wind or draft. Please note that sand art and glitter can be messy; covering work surfaces and clothes is advised.
