Children can have hours of active fun throwing and catching frisbees. You can use a Frisbee to play on your own, with others, or with your dog. Playing with Frisbees develops hand-eye coordination, aiming skills, gross motor skills, midline crossing, spatial awareness, planning, and concentration. 
Here are some frisbee activities:
  • 2+ people take turns throwing the frisbee at one another.
  • Play soccer with a Frisbee instead of a ball.
  • Try to throw the Frisbee into a target, e.g., a hola-hoop lying on the ground.
  • Frisbee-bowling, where you throw the Frisbee at Skittles (OP-KS-036) instead of a ball.
  • Balance a ball onto a frisbee while walking. Who can walk the furthest before his/her ball falls?
