Building puzzles is a great way to learn through play. While building puzzles, children need to solve problems, flip and rotate pieces, plan, and test ideas. This 4-in-1 puzzle set contains four pictures of transportation vehicles. The vehicles’ names are also printed on the upper left corner of each puzzle (the aeroplane is on the upper right). This turns the names into sight words that children can memorise. The car and the boat are four-piece puzzles, whereas the train and the aeroplane are 6-piece puzzles. Let your child start with the easier 4-piece puzzles and then move on to the slightly more difficult 6-piece puzzles. The puzzles can also be used for transportation class discussions and themes.
