This square sorting tray has nine wells that can be used for art and math activities. As the name suggests, this tray can be used for sorting all sorts of objects, like beads, logi shapes, counters, etc. The sorting tray can also be used for other math activities, like counting and basic calculations. For example, 6÷2=? can be concretely calculated by taking 6 counters and placing them two-by-two into the wells. You will end up with 3 wells containing 2 beads each, thus 6÷2=3. The sorting tray can also be used to keep art accessories separate or as a paint palette.
