Fun foam dough is a type of textured material that can be used for sculpting and painting. The lightweight, beady texture and colours of fun foam make it a fun sensory activity for children. Children can use fun foam to create 3D objects, make 3D paintings, mix colours, or simply squeeze it for that thrilling sensory feeling. Once children’s creations are finished, they can leave the fun foam to dry (objects will hold their form) or they can break the objects to create new ones. Fun foam dough can be applied to most surfaces. Playing with fun foam is a form of self-expression that develops children’s creative and logical thinking, fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, colour recognition, and concentration. Tip: If the foam gets dried out, add a little bit of water and knead to make it soft and supple again.
