This 10pc weight set contains weights made of iron and steel with an anti-rust nickel coating. The weights have handles on the top to make it easier to grasp them with a tweezer. The weights are 1x50g, 1x20g, 2x10g, 2x5g, 2x2g and 2x1g. They can be used with balance scales to teach measurement of weight and volume as well as for calculations with weight. The weights can also be used as counters for basic calculations; counting; hand-eye coordination; fine motor skills; sorting and manipulating numbers. For example one 10g + two 5g pieces = one 20g piece.
