Agility dots are round rubber cutouts that can be used for sports, games, and gym activities. The agility dots are made of rubber that is both durable, cleanable and prevents slipping. One can use agility dots both outside and indoors. Agility dots can be used as markers in sports like soccer and basketball. You can also use the agility dots as part of an obstacle course where children need to run/jump from one dot to the next. One can use the dots instead of chairs in games like musical chairs. Physical activities that require agility develop children’s reflexes, balance, coordination, gross motor skills, spatial awareness, and speed. These agility dots are colour coded and can therefore be used for colour recognition, e.g., place the red ball on the red dot.
