This balance scale includes 2x1000ml buckets. The buckets are deep to prevent spillage as well as transparent so children can see the objects inside them. Buckets are clearly marked for precise measurement. Balance scales are effective tools to learn and explore numbers, volume, weight and balance while developing observation skills. Use the balance to compare different objects, the same objects in different sizes, different liquids as well as liquid vs objects. Scales can also be used to teach math vocabulary like "less than", "more than" and "equal to".
